There are many good preachers out there. But what does it really mean to be a “good preacher?”
There are three characteristics of a good preacher according to God’s word.
- He/she knows the truth (vv.1-5).
- He/she lives by the truth (vv.6-10).
- He/she teaches the truth (vv.11-16).
Conclusion
A good preacher is not someone who draws a great crowd. He or she is not someone who knows how to entertain people. A good preacher knows the truth, lives by the truth and teaches the truth. Be a good preacher starting today.
